A Holistic Approach to Health & Healing

Our approach is founded on the Panchamaya Kosha Model. This ancient yogic model views humans as multidimensional beings— meaning we are much more than physical entities. We are also composed of mental-emotional, energetic, intuitive, wise and spiritual layers— which are all dependent, independent, connected and interconnected with each other.

In other words, you are beautifully complex, unique and whole.

Physical

The material dimension of our being that is sustained by food. It encompasses the anatomy and physiology of the body as well as the five elements.

 

Mental & Emotional

This dimension is made up of thoughts, emotions, feelings and memories.

 

Energetic

This aspect is composed of vital energy. It includes the breath, the chakras, prana vayus and nadis.

Intuitive

The aspect of our consciousness that allows us to witness, understand and eventually release limiting beliefs.

 
 

Spiritual

This layer encompasses our inherent positive qualities: equanimity, contentment, joy, limitlessness, wholeness and inner peace.

Environmental & Social

Socio-economical, socio-environmental, and cultural factors such as work issues, family circumstances and benefits/economics.
